Tosoh America, Inc. (TSAM) provides a variety of centralized business and technical support services in the areas of Information Technology, Human Resources, and Finance/Accounting to the US subsidiaries of Tosoh Corporation. TSAM has an immediate need for an experienced and customer service driven Help Desk Analyst to be located in our Grove City, OH location and provide support to all US Tosoh companies.

-Log all incoming support calls from users and attempt to provide resolution to basic user issues such as password changes, printing problems, and general "How do I" questions
-The Help Desk Analyst will also be responsible for lifecycle management of all PCs and laptops for the enterprise. This involves logging all incoming requests, obtaining quotes from vendors, obtaining approval for the orders, and imaging all units when they are received.
- Regular participation in a 24x7 on-call phone support rotation and occasional work during non-standard work hours is mandatory.


-- Associate's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related discipline
-- IT related certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network + are desirable.

-1-3 years experience in a help desk environment handling IT related calls from end users.
-The successful candidate must be able to provide first level support for printing issues, password changes, connectivity issues and remote access questions.
-Experience with Windows 2008/2012 Server Administration, Remote Desktop Services, Windows 7, MS Office Suite, and PC imaging applications is necessary.
-Experience with TrackIT or another help desk application is also desirable.
-Experience in a manufacturing, sales and distribution environment with significant number of remote users is also desirable.
-Experience with Network Monitoring Applications is desirable.
-Experience supporting users in a Microsoft Exchange environment is also desirable.
-Experience with basic support of VoIP phone system is also desirable.

-In addition to the above skills, the successful candidate must possess a positive team oriented attitude, excellent written and oral skills and a very professional demeanor.
