"FSU London Lads": Elijah Jones
Presenting our FSU London Lad of the week, Elijah Jones!
Since the FSU London Ladies Series went over so well, we expanded to FSU London Lads as well. Florida State University has an amazing international program, and according to their site, “Florida State is among the nation’s elite for study abroad totals.” The London program in particular has much to offer, and the students that make up the program are intelligent, unique, and driven. So it’s my pleasure to feature these lovely FSU London lads!
Elijah was a part of the specialized theatre program the FSU London Study Centre has to offer. He is a Pennsylvania State University who studied through FSU’s programs.
He majors in theatre performance and his favorite hobby/thing to do in his free time is write. He’s most passionate about taking care of the people he loves and he most wants to collaborate with Jhene Aiko.
Q: What is your favorite color?
EJ: My favorite color is red. I used to watch the Power Rangers all the time and the leader was always the red one so that was the one I wanted to be. It just kind of developed into my favorite color from there.
Q: Do you have a favorite number?
EJ: My favorite number is 7. It’s supposed to be lucky right?
Q: What’s your favorite food and why?
EJ: Today it’s hot wings, but it changes daily so this answer probably won’t be accurate by the time this gets posted.
Q: Would you rather be a giant hamster or a tiny rhino?
EJ: Definitely a tiny rhino. I’ve never been a fan of rodents.
Q: What’s your favorite article of clothing and why?
EJ: Depends on the day.
Q: What do you want to be when you grow up?
EJ: I want to be able to take care of the people that matter most to me
Q: Would you rather have one wish granted today ro three wishes granted in ten years?
EJ: Three wishes in 10 years
Q: Who is your role model?
EJ: My Dad
Q: Would you rather give bad advice or only receive bad advice?
EJ: I’d rather give bad advice, that way I can learn from others mistakes and not my own.
Q: Who is your celebrity crush?
EJ: Nia Long or Jennifer Lopez
Q: What’s your favorite place in the world?
EJ: I haven’t been to everywhere in the world yet. I’ll let you know in 10 years.
Q: Would you rather live without music or theatre?
EJ: This a hard question, especially since they can be one in the same at times (i.e. To Pimp A Butterfly, The Feast, or any movie/tv show/play that has music in it). But if you’re going to force me to choose one I have to go with theatre. Music is my life’s blood.
In the words of Deepak Chopra, “Always go with your passions. Never ask yourself if it’s realistic or not.” Follow me on twitter and IG @EJONES63. If you haven’t heard The Feast yet, definitely do that. Check out my soundcloud too. Peace and Love.
