Jackie Von Spiegel

I missed about 2 courses, but they were definitely not dull! She is enthusiastic about the material and very accommodating if needed for the papers. The exams were impartial-about 1/2 from the book and 1/2 from lecture notes.

She loves teaching and gives great examples in class to help relate material to the real world. All exams are online, and there are a few papers to write.

liked this prof. Her courses were so fascinating and fun. Her exam were all multiple choice and very simple. She gives outlines of the notes and that is all you have to study.

This class was outstanding. courses were optional, but there was extra credit for going on days that were low attendance. Exams are open note/open book. 2 papers, (3 pages and 10-15) Great class, competent instructor, quick to answer emails, but takes a while to grade things.

Jackie is great teacher! She always responds quickly to questions and gives great examples and really helps students out with understandings.

Im really going against the grain, but I thought she was terrible & I got an A. I learned almost nothing. Exams were open book, if they werent youd never know the answers she wanted, & I read & went to class. exams are online & often have flawed questions, but you get no points back. Many projects out of class too, including a 10-15 page paper.

She was very accommodating and fascinating. She related everything to real life. The material was simple as long as you study the notes and attend every lecture. The book is not necessary.

Jackie is wonderful she makes class fascinating. There is a lot of work/papers. All exams are online. Jackie allows you to get to know her by offering activities outside the classroom. She's very hillarious and simple to approach. I would recommend her for psych 340!

I took this class online...and don't recommend doing that with this class. Jackie was great at keeping my attention, however, I found it difficult to "get" what she felt was important enough to be on the mid year exam and final.

She had great examples in class and very organized in her courses. The courses math the exams very well and all the exams were online. Highly recommend.

She's really friendly, but the online section was full of busy work, and it was a nuisance. She put a lot of videos up that you had to watch which sucked. I wouldn't recommend the online section.
