Job Description

Position Overview:

The position is responsible for working closely with franchisee Operations Above Restaurant Leaders to develop strategies and processes supporting delivery of World Class Operations and excellence, and intended to optimize franchise business performance that drives long term growth and franchise business value. The position supports operations with relevant tools and strategies to elevate sales, profitability and standards. The position is also responsible for franchisees operating within BK standards and policies and staying aligned with the company.


  • Responsible for ensuring business profitability for ~200 restaurants
  • Conduct business performance reviews in order to identify areas of opportunity in the restaurant and use problem- solving methodologies) and business judgment to develop strategies to improve the franchisee’s business and solve problems
  • Influence and persuade franchise businesses, through appropriate exercise of discretion, to adhere to brand standards to control quality and achieve desired business KPIs
  • Responsible for consulting, advising, and working closely with franchisee Operations Directors and Territory GMs (Operations & Development Team) to develop strategies and processes supporting delivery of World Class Operations and excellence
  • Perform classroom trainings for Above Restaurant Leaders
  • Essential Duties:

  • Analyzes franchisee P&L and operations
  • Consult with, advise, and provide support to franchisees regarding daily business issues
  • Supports different departments in their relationships with franchisees (i.e. supporting votes, requesting information from the field, etc.)
  • Organizes franchise and restaurant workshops on specific platforms of the business
  • Engage in immediate problem resolution and/or short-term action plans to correct critical issues
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Previous experience with training or working in a training capacity
  • Knowledge of franchise operations
  • Skilled in problem solving methodologies
  • Ability to present financial information both orally and written (PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience in QSR, Retail, Food & Beverage, or a similar industry
