5 Best Workouts for Maximum Results

With winter around the corner, we all need that extra motivation to hit the gym. No one wants to be at the gym for hours on end. We all have busy schedules and have to squeeze a workout in short time periods. These workout are not only fun, but they will also give you a great workout–quick! You will be covered in sweat when you are finished with these exercises.
Swimming

Whether you are a beginner or an expert, swimming is a great workout. It is an enjoyable activity that works every single muscle. You will definitely feel this in the morning. All you need is a pool (or  a lake), a swimsuit, and goggles. You can look up swim workouts, and suit it to your swimming level. Whichever method you choose, you are going to get an amazing workout fast.


High Intensity Training (HIT)

HIT are workouts similar to Insanity. They last between twenty-five to forty minutes and burn a ton of calories. You will be dripping in sweat by the end of these workouts. Another wonderful part of HIT workouts are that they do not require any workout equipment.
Interval Cardio

Similar to the HIT workouts, interval cardio exercises allow you to do a lot of work in a short period of time. However, interval cardio focuses more on running. You would jog (about 50%) for two minutes and sprint (75%-85%) for a minute. Doing this for thirty or forty minutes will get those glutes burnin’!


Kickboxing

This is a great way to let off some steam and get a kick ass workout (pun not intended). This works your arms, core, and legs. You will definitely feel the burn after, and you will be dripping in sweat. So hit the bags, and relieve some stress.
Yoga

Yoga is always a great workout, but if you want a more relaxing exercise, yoga is the way to go. Yoga improves your balance and strength. It is an incredible combination of relaxation and working out. All you need is a yoga mat (about $15). It is definitely worth trying!
